Christi Chaloupka

Realtor®

Christi Chaloupka is a Bay Area native. Her real estate journey began by spending 12 years with a renowned residential and commercial real estate developer in Palo Alto. For a short interim, she spent 5 years within the investment banking technology sector in Menlo Park. In 2005, she made the move to El Dorado County so that her children could grow up in the beautiful foothills and benefit from its award winning schools.

From personal experience, Christi understands what’s involved in transitioning to a new area — the important factors often include neighborhood, schools, and community. In early 2019, she merged her professional career once again with real estate by joining team lead Callie Mirsky at Cali Homes.

Christi’s clients understand that they are a priority and she is always quick to respond. From the first meeting, Christi’s down-to-earth personality will make you feel comfortable and her professionalism will ensure confidence that your real estate goals will be successfully achieved. She knows what it takes to help her buyers and sellers stand out above the rest and particularly enjoys assisting first-time homebuyers. She is living her dream in El Dorado County and looks forward to helping clients realize their own.

Christi enjoys her longtime connections to the Bay Area, still having many family members and friends throughout. Christi’s husband has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and is a great complement in helping clients find and restore quality homes. As a mother of two daughters, Christi is deeply connected to the community through many friendships, volunteer work and education. From early on as a school volunteer, she quickly became involved with substitute work at Buckeye Union School District and El Dorado Office of Education.
