Callie obtained her Broker license in 2013 but has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2008. She also maintains Real Estate Designations as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) as well as Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Starting out as a Transaction Facilitator for a small boutique brokerage in El Dorado Hills, she gained direct and extensive knowledge of all aspects of the real estate transaction. Working on the back end of various real estate transactions, she proved herself very thorough and efficient in working with agents, lenders, clients and banks all while managing the necessary paperwork.
Since obtaining her real estate license she has successfully assisted buyers and sellers in traditional, short sale, and bank owned real estate transactions. When Callie began selling Real Estate full time she was on a team within RE/MAX Gold for 4 years working directly with buyers and sellers on traditional, bank owned, and short sales.
She really enjoys working with people and helping them with their major life decision. Callie is always quick to respond and never to busy for her clients. She is patient, a skilled negotiator and is always happy to go the extra mile. Callie graduated from California State University of Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology in 2006. Upon graduation with honors she was accepted to the University of McGeorge to pursue a law degree. Her knowledge of contracts and property law helped her excel quickly in the real estate field.
Callie is a very driven individual and has much professional and life experience. She worked in sales and customer service during her college years and has always enjoyed working in a field that allowed her to help people. She has lived all over the west coast and maintains a very active lifestyle. She spends time volunteering in the local community at a horse rescue in El Dorado Hills and spends her free time with her husband, their 2 lovable large dogs and 2 horses of their own.
Callie has great relationships with people in the community including her real estate peers and colleagues. Real estate has changed immensely in the past several years. It used to be considered a fairly easy profession and Callie has learned in what most Realtors are calling a difficult market. That’s just the thing, Callie didn’t become a Realtor because it was easy, she welcomes the challenge that this new market has to offer and enjoys working hard for her clients.
She is also recognized as one of the top 100 realtors in all of California.
